How does all of this actually work?
We are here to help take stress off of you and to make your organizing project exciting and fun! We know this can be very overwhelming, but please do not worry. If you are unsure of where to start, that is 100% okay because that is exactly what we are here for! Think of our team as your personal organizing gurus. The only thing you need to do is fill out our contact form here or give us a call, then leave the rest to us!

- We'll start off by having a quick phone call where we get to know each other and discuss your needs, as well as answer any questions you may have.
- After our initial phone call we will schedule your free in-home consultation.
- The in-home consultation is offered so that we may best serve each client's needs. Read more below for a detailed description.
- Every project is unique, but for our first session we typically start with decluttering. Once we've decluttered we will move on to organizing and making your spaces pretty!

What happens during the in-home consultation?
Most in-home consultations typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour. You will walk us through your home and tell us what is and isn't working for you, what your goals and desires for each space(s) are, and anything else you want us to know! With your permission we will take a few pictures for reference to make notes for our team after the walk through. Once we are done with the walk through of your space(s), we'll talk about your design style, timeline, and availability. If you chose to work with our team, then we will recommend a package and let you decide what works best for you. We will then have you sign our Service Agreement (which we will go over in detail with you) and we will book your sessions. After the consult we will give you a brief summary of your organizational needs/goals and our game plan to achieve those, then we're ready to organize!
Can you just organize it all for me?
Depending upon how much decluttering needs to be done, it's possible! We can't make decisions to get rid of your belongings, so that requires you to be present. Our job is to help guide you on whether to KEEP, DONATE, or TOSS something. However, once the decluttering process is done, we can handle the rest while you sit back and relax!
Do I need to find childcare for our sessions?
No way! We know it is not always easy to find childcare, so we are 100% okay with children being present! In fact, when children are present we like to encourage input on their rooms and playrooms.
What areas do you organize?
Aside from the usual closets, bedrooms, playrooms, garages, and kitchens, we also organize unique projects like your taxes, computer files, family photos, children's art work, home warranties and manuals, bar areas, wine cellars, homework stations, retail shops, jewelry displays, bathrooms, vanities, sporting goods, you name it! If you have a unique project, give us a call and see how we can help.
Do I have to toss my belongings?
Never! It is our job to help guide and encourage you when needed, but we will never ask you to throw something away. You should also know that we will never dispose of something without your permission.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! As long as you know the person receiving the gift will be open to using an organizer, then we are happy to do gift certificates.
