Role Overview: Organizer + Move Support Assistant
As part of the Home Harmony team, you’ll work on a variety of in-home projects including:
- Hands-on organizing of kitchens, pantries, garages, closets, offices, and more
- Packing homes before a move with care and strategic planning
- Unpacking and setting up new homes to help clients settle in quickly
- Collaborating with a Lead Organizer to execute projects efficiently and beautifully
- Supporting clients in decluttering, sorting, and decision-making
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and team leads
- Ensuring every space is left functional, tidy, and visually aligned with our standards
What You’ll Need
- Reliable transportation (must be comfortable traveling within 1 hour of Murfreesboro)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in service-based or client-facing roles
- Team player mentality with a proactive attitude
- Natural organizational skills and spatial awareness
- Physical ability to assist with packing, lifting, and moving boxes
- Willingness to work flexible, project-based hours
