Home Harmony Organizing is a full-service organization company known for creating functional systems customized to each client's specific needs while keeping aesthetics in mind. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for individuals in the Greater Nashville and Murfreesboro areas to join our team.

What we are looking for in our team members:
  • Extremely organized and not afraid of hard work
  • Highly-motivated self-starters who are comfortable working in a client-facing business
  • Detail-oriented leaders with an appreciation for visual aesthetics (Type A personality is a major plus!)
  • Should be comfortable working in a start-up small business environment
  • Holds a high standard for their work, focuses on staying motivated, finishing tasks immediately and working until the job is done
  • Comfortable working outside of an office and outside of a traditional 9 to 5 workday
  • Solution-oriented with ability to troubleshoot in the moment

As a Home/Office/Small Business Organizer, your responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a Organizing Assistant to a Lead Organizer on in-home organizing projects
  • Work closely with clients to realize their organizational goals  
  • Where applicable, work closely with a Lead Organizer to execute in-home projects
  • Work closely with the our team to communicate details regarding project logistics, budget, etc.
  • Continuously maintain the highest standards in the level of work and manner of communication with clients

The requirements of a Home/Office/Small Business Organizer are:
  • Access to transportation
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
  • Demonstrates knowledge of organizational skills and space  creativity
  • Willingness to travel for work

Home Harmony Organizing provides:
  • Hourly Rate (1099 Independent Contractor Position)
  • Uniform (Tees & Pull-overs)
  • Flexible Schedule (Part-time Based on Your Availability + Projects Scheduled)
  • Complete administrative support (you are not responsible for bookkeeping or scheduling)
  • In-person training to teach our methods
